And… Sorosoro takes a summer break!
From mid-July to mid-August, our team is taking a break… Therefore we will not be sending this newsletter for a month, but don’t forget to visit our website! We’ll keep posting new videos every week, subtitled in English, French and Spanish!
New Videos
We’re still with Moussa Ag Keyna for a new song in Tamasheq, the language of Tuaregs. This week he offers us a love song: Tallyat Idaght / This Girl. Next week, he will evoke the struggle for the recognition of Tuareg identity. And then a few thematic videos on Tamasheq vocabulary will follow… Stay tuned!

June 26, 2011: Tahiti press reports discontent upon withdrawal of Tahitian teaching qualification.

– a Mayan language, Ch’orti’, spoken in Guatemala and Honduras (in French).
– a Chapacuran langue spoken in Brazil: Wari’, one of the last, if not the last, Chapacuran language still alive (in French).
– and Jaminjung, also one of the last spoken Mindi languages of Australia.
Not Forgetting…
