April 23, 2010: New on sorosoro.org
What’s new this week on our website?
• Videos
First of all, two new videos. Henriette and Kialla tell us about their mother tongue, Mpongwe, a Bantu language spoken in Gabon, and give us a moving account of how they envision its evolution.
Thank you to all of those who contributed to these films: Patrick Mouguiama-Daouda (linguist), Muriel Lutz (image & sound), Caroline Laurent (editing)…
• A new featured word
This week also brings a new word in our A to Z, the word YOUNG.
We hope there’ll be many of you to chip in your own language’s version of this word! On your marks…
• In English & Spanish
As promised last week the English version of sorosoro.org welcomes two new language description sheets on:
… as well as two more on our Spanish site:
Special thanks to Houda Louassini for his Spanish translations, as well as to all our voluntary translators…
+ News in the obvious News and Agenda sections of our website also featuring a weekly updated soroquiz for you to tackle on our homepage!
