Soro News of the week !
Since the Sorosoro program relaunched its activity, we have put some new content on our website, from new language sheets to new questions in the Soroquizz… let us see all of that more closely !
Soropedia
Today we put our spotlight on a new language sheet dealing with one of the numerous french languages of oïl: Gallo (only available in French at the moment) !
Spoken in lower Brittany and sister of several regional languages of France, this language is at the moment in a difficult situation. Nevertheless, approximately 200 000 people speak it daily, and it has been recognized as an official language of Brittany a few years ago by the Regional council of Brittany ! More information about it in this very complete language sheet. More articles on the languages of oïl are soon to be posted on the Soropedia as well as on our planisphere, so keep an eye on our news!
More language sheet have been added, such as : Poitevin-Saintongeais, Kven, Reunionese Creole, Bekwel … we’ll talk about them in detail in the forthcoming articles !

ABC book
Would you like to know how to say “anniversary” in Basque ? “To learn” it Kaqchikel ? “Universe” in Tchouktche ? Hundreds of translations of dozens of words are available in our big ABC book, in numerous languages of the world !
Do not hesitate to participate and to give us your own translations!
