March 11-13, 2011: 10th Australian Languages Workshop, Australia.
The University of Queensland’s School of Languages and Comparative Cultural Studies (SLCCS), specialized in teaching and research on the world’s major languages and cultures, will be holding its 10th Australian Languages Workshop from March 11 to 13 on North Stradbroke Island, Queensland.
Every year this workshop is an opportunity for linguists to reflect the work led on Australian languages in universities, language centres and community groups around Australia.
This 2011 edition is themed Grammatical aspects of post-colonial language contact and schedules many topic conferences and roundtables.
