Félicie Dubois is a French author. At the age of 23, she is one of the youngest authors around when her first novel Maria Morena is released in 1989, catching the eye of critics and reviewers. In the years that followed Félicie Dubois wrote at an average of one book a year until 1993, where she took a turn to radio and theater work, before returning 4 years later with the uncommon L’Hypothèse de l’Argile (“The Clay Hypothesis“) published by Flammarion. Born to an unidentified mother, her work evolves around questions of identity, entangled within a melodious and rhythmical sense of speech. She is also the author of an outstanding biography/portrait of Tennessee Williams. Her latest novel, Punto final,  was published in 2010.
