Se le aprecia por su fina carne blanca que durante mucho tiempo se reservaba a los capitanes de los barcos. Si no cuenta con este pescado, lo puede remplazar por un pescado similar como el  r\u00f3balo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto al fruto de palma, ingrediente fundamental de la receta, se trata en realidad de un fruto carnoso con hueso que se recoleta de la palma africana de aceite.
