Most texts already are, but such was not the case with our videos, available only in English and French. Through the efforts of Martha, our translator for Spanish, we will gladly be presenting from now on <strong>our new weekly videos with Spanish subtitles!<\/strong> And we&#8217;ll also gradually catch up on all other videos, starting this week with all four Bedik tales from Senegal\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">New videos<\/h5>\n<p>Around the fire, in the <strong>Bedik<\/strong> village of Bandafassi, eastern <strong>Senegal<\/strong>, Aminata Camara tells us a fourth story which ends our first cycle of tales in the <strong>Menik<\/strong> language: \u00ab<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sorosoro.org\/en\/bedik-tale-4-the-young-girl-who-wanted-to-drink-beer\">the young girl who wanted to drink beer<\/a><\/strong> \u00bb. Involving once again the local wildlife, it probably also provides a means to instill some life lessons in children\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And we\u2019re kicking off with a new series of videos that\u2019ll take us spend the summer discovering <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sorosoro.org\/en\/the-tamasheq-language\"><strong>Tamasheq, the language of the Tuareg<\/strong><\/a>. Along the following weeks we\u2019ll be encountering Tuareg literate figures and musicians like Moussa Ag Keyna from the band Toumast, or Abdallah Ag Alhousseyni who plays in Tinariwen.
