Her speech on the necessity to preserve languages has been widely displayed by the media (<em><a href=\"http:\/\/nouvellecaledonie.rfo.fr\/\">RFO<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radioaustralia.net.au\/\">Radio Australia<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.realradios.com\/oceanie\/nouvelle-caledonie\/radio-rythme-bleu\">Radio Rythme Bleu<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lnc.nc\/provinces\/province-sud\/ile-des-pins\/229767-il-faut-sauver-le-naa-kwenyii.html\">Nouvelles Cal\u00e9doniennes<\/a><\/em>&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re actually staying in New Caledonia, as this is where our next film shoot is taking place from October 8, to November 15, 2010!<\/p>\n<h5>News<\/h5>\n<p><strong>September 20, 2010<\/strong>: The Sentinele, a<strong> remote tribe from the Andaman Island<\/strong>, is <strong>threatened<\/strong> by the growing presence of poachers: a danger upon the food resources and health of these local populations.<\/p>\n<h5>Agenda<\/h5>\n<p>September 26, 2010: On this &#8220;Week of foreign cultures&#8221; (Paris, September 24 to October 3, 2010), the <em>Maison d&#8217;Europe et d&#8217;Orient<\/em> is setting up a <strong>discussion<\/strong> on the possibilities of giving a larger space to <strong>linguistic diversity in the French educational system<\/strong> (<em>Langues de mammouths, ou comment faire int\u00e9grer la diversit\u00e9 linguistique \u00e0 l&#8217;Education nationale ?<\/em>).
