Dimmendaal considers that they form a group in themselves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dimmendaal states, in addition, that the affiliation of Gumuz to Koman languages is controversial.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Are Koman languages endangered?<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yes, apart from Gomuz, the vitality of which is apparently not threatened. Gule disappeared at the end of the 20th century and Oppuo is on the verge of becoming extinct.
